The majority of the children featured here in the Guitars 4 Good ‘Smile File’ are fighting neuroblastoma but there is something else they all have in common … amazing spirit and strength of characer in the face of adversity, and beautiful smiles.

Jess is having her first guitar lesson on August 19th ... she already looks the part with her awesome pink guitar.
We're aiming for a full band here ... with Jess on guitar and Hayley on vocals as 'Axl Rose', or maybe Lady GaGa as she complements Jess's pink guitar.

It is with a heavy heart and many tears that I have to write this to tell you that beautiful little Scarlett gained her angel wings yesterday.
My heart goes out to her wonderful parents.
Rest in Peace Scarlett, you are an inspiration and I promise you I will do my best for you, and all the other children affected by neuroblastoma, to raise awareness of this dreadful disease.

This is 4 year old Mykenzi, aka Kenzi to her friends, and she is part of our neuroblastoma community in the United States.

Reagan was just 17 months old when she was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma May 2016, but here she is wearing a big smile even from her hospital bed on October 17th (2016).

After a courageous fight Bradley succumbed to neuroblastoma today.
